Soccer Game

       Today, our Chinese students had a soccer game with South Korean students. I was the  referee of the game. Both of Chinese and Korean valued this game. Lots of students came to watch the game, also include some American students. What a pity, Our Chinese lost the game. From the game, I found some problems. First, our team players need to bulid up our health. The soccer game has 90 minutes, players need to have enough fitness. Second, soccer is a team work, everyone in our team need to have good soccer skill and need to know work as a group. It was a good game. Everyone in the field worked hard. I hope we can have a basketball game too. Then I can be one player of the game. I think I will win next time.

All Star Weeeekend!!

This weekend is All Star weekend!! The all star game is at LA this season. I enjoy watching basketball game especially NBA game. I like Iverson. He is a amazing guy. I still remember he leaded 76'ers to the NBA finals. He got 41 points and won Lakers at first game. However he was retired in 2009. Last night Griffin jumps over car to beat McGee, win 2011 Slam Dunk Contest. It was excellent. I think this year slam dunk contest is better than last year. Everyone had good ideas. However I think McGee more desired to win the game. I like his ideas more.

2/12 soccer game

Today our Chinese students hold a soccer game which is freshman VS sophomore. Each team have 8 players,and Chao was one of sophomore team. The game last lasted almost 2 hours. Finally, Our sophomore team beaten them 5-3. Yang scored a hat trick in the game. Chao also scored one goal. I hope next time we can have a basketball game.

2/6 Busy Week

      Last week is a busy week. I had four texts. Furthermore, I needed to prepare a sing for Friday's show, because the Spring Festival. However, I felt happy last week. I did a lot of things and got a good grade. Although it is cold last week, I felt good because I got everything down.Because the heavy snowing, four of my friends' cars were stuck in the deep snow. It is my first time to see so heavy snowing. We became temporary breakdown gang to lever their cars out of snow. It is cold but it is funny. I want to thank two American guys, they help us when we pull cars out. 

2/6 Spring Festival

        Last Friday, our Chinese students got together to celebrate Chinese traditional festival, spring festival. Spring Festival as it begins at the start of the spring term according to the Chinese calendar. While January 1st is easy to remember, the specific date of Chinese New Year changes each year, as it falls on the first day of the lunar calendar. In 2011, the first day of the new lunar year is February 3rd. This my second time to celebrate it in America. My families all got together except me :( . I talked with my parents by phone. I knew they will travel to a warm place during the festival. I hope they will have a nice break. Although I cannot celebrate it with my families, I still be with my friends. Yesterday, most Chinese students got together. We had food and shows. I also sang a song with my friends. We made dumpling which is important for Chinese new year. I think it is a meaningful New Year for me.
